HOW DO I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel / edit any orders once they have been paid. Our vendors' operations are automated to guarantee fast and error free shipping.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Please read our REFUND POLICY for a detailed explanation from our vendors.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to your address. If you made a mistake, or the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We will do our best to rectify the issue and resend your parcel when it comes back to our vendor's warehouse (*SELECT VENDORS ONLY*)
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Our orders are dispatched from our vendors’ warehouses in the USA and China, and are processed by local and international postal services.
Disclaimer: The following shipping estimations are subject to change. During peak times and due to unforeseen delays, your delivery may be late. We ask for your understanding in such instances:
• USA: 5 - 10 business days
• Canada: 10 - 15 business days
• EU: 10 - 15 business days
• UK: 10 - 15 business days
• Rest of the world: 2 weeks and up

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES IF I ORDER OUTSIDE THE USA?
Please note that import taxes and customs fees may apply if you order from outside the US. To avoid unexpected costs, please check the import regulations for your country in advance.
I GOT A DIFFERENT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM - WHAT DO I DO?
If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at info@exodusrising.com. Kindly provide your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item, and a detailed description of the problem. If you received an incorrect item, include a photo of the product’s bag barcode along with all pertinent information.
