Introducing delivery options

it's important to receive your custom t shirts on time. imagine if you knew when your custom t shirt would arrive without a calendar and without counting down the days. now you can. with the new "delivery options" in your cart, the math is done for you! simply design and add a custom t shirt to your cart, go to the cart, and select the shipping option that will get your custom t shirts to you on time. 

 

Guaranteed delivery dates

we know there are certain situations like special events or releasing collections when you require your items by a specific date. for a small fee, you can guarantee your delivery date so you will know the exact day you will receive your order. if we are not able to attempt a delivery by your guaranteed date we will refund all of your shipping fees and the guarantee fee. now you are in control of the factory!

apliiq will notify you of tracking information by email when your order ships. please check your spam folder if you haven't received your email tracking info!


International customers

the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. orders that are shipped to countries outside of the united states may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. apliiq may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if this is the case. we appreciate your understanding and quick response so your order is not delayed.

 

APLIIQ RETURNS

All apliiq items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. we are committed to making your product right the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen. Please note that we do not make color corrections nor do we color match for every order. these services are available for an additional fee upon request of EXODUS RISING. this means that the image that you see on your computer MAY vary from the product that you receive. Also if you need your items in a time sensitive manner, simply let us know and we will guarantee your expected delivery date.

Issue: Caused by political unrest, natural disasters, military controls, war, viruses, etc.

Remote Area Issue

Note: Shipping to remote areas may take 2-3 months. No guarantee for delivery to remote addresses. Check the shipping company’s website to verify if the address is considered remote.

 

Hot-Sell Season

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), shipping times may be longer, and costs may increase. Notifications will be provided on our website and via email.


Countries with No Refund Policy

We will not refund if the package is shipped to the following countries:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana.


Countries We Cannot Ship To

Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Toroke, French Polynesia, Western Sahara, Palestine, India, Macedonia, Montenegro, Eritrea, Congo (Kinshasa), Svalbard (Norway), Tokelau, Zanzibar (Tanzania), Bouvet Island (Norway), British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern and Antarctic Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands (Australia), Åland Islands, Saint Barthelemy (France).


Tax/VAT Issue

Seller Responsibility: Each country has different customs duties and tax laws.

Customer Refusal:

If a customer refuses to pay taxes or duties upon order arrival, POPCUSTOMS will not reship or refund the order.

EU Orders:

VAT costs will be automatically charged at checkout. If you have your own VAT/IOSS, add it to the order note. We will refund the VAT cost to your POPCUSTOMS account wallet after order delivery. (We cannot verify VAT/IOSS, and are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by VAT/IOSS problems. Refunds for VAT/IOSS costs will be issued after order delivery.)
